Returns

The return policy at NMelegance is as follows:

• The item has been worn, washed or damaged.
• The original tags/labels are missing.
• There are stains, odors, or make-up/perfume marks present.
• The item has been altered or modified.
• The return is not complete.
• The return request is made later than 14 days.
• It is a final sale item.
• There is excessive wear and tear or misuse.

Please note: Check your order carefully before removing the tag. Without the tag, we cannot accept returns.
